Claire Waldeck
CONSULTANT
Claire was admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa in 2001, as a Notary in 2005 and is a Fellow of the Intellectual Property Institute of South Africa and she holds an LLM in Commercial Law.
She specialises in intellectual property law including trademark prosecution and litigation, as well as all aspects relating to the law on copyright and unlawful competition.
Claire enjoys the outdoors and is a part time restaurant critic.
