Meet Reinier
Reinier Joubert
ASSOCIATE PARTNER
Reinier is an admitted and practising attorney, notary and conveyancer with right of appearance in the High Court of South Africa and, as of 1 March 2022, he heads up the Conveyancing Department of HJW.
He completed his law degree at UNISA whilst serving out his contract of articles at a Conveyancing firm in Centurion, gaining extensive experience in, inter alia, property transfers, bond- registrations and cancellations, sectional title developments, township establishments and antenuptial- and postnuptial contracts.
Prior to joining HJW, Reinier ran his own law firm (RFJ Inc Attorneys) for 4 years and 3 months – mainly focusing on conveyancing and notarial services. He is a proven perfectionist with extreme attention to detail, a cautiously optimistic individual with a passion for people, service delivery and exceeding expectations.
On a personal note, Reinier is a happily married man and a proud dog dad to two miniature dachshunds, Austin & Cooper. He also has a passion for singing, having seriously competed in competitions such as Supersterre 2010, South African Talent Championships 2010 & 2012 and The Voice SA 2019 under the pseudonym Matthew Reid.
